Role: Lab Technician
Location:Santa Clara, California- Onsite
Responsibilities
  • Support total quality management objectives in a team environment.
  • Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of installed and remove software packages.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex circuit from system to assemblies to component levels to determine root-cause failures.
  • Ability to operate a personal computer including using a Windows based and Linux base operating system and related software.
  • Computer or server installation experience a plus.
  • Familiarity with mechanical assembly, cable routing and quality standards a plus.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal.
  • Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment.
  • Demonstrate understanding or how to successfully work in cross-functional organizations.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of server systems, PC systems, and computer architecture.
  • Ability to constantly move around department, required.
  • Must be able to perform physical activities, such as, but not limited to, lifting heavy items (up to 50 lbs. unassisted).
  • Position is required to use manual tools and power equipment common in the maintenance and repair of electronic equipment.
  • Moderate walking, frequent stoping, bending, and reaching required.
  • The candidate must be able to work in a fast pace environment.
