What You'll Do:

  • Supervise all laboratory personnel, workflows, and daily operations
  • Oversee intake and processing of all laboratory cases, including impressions, models, and components
  • Fabricate and oversee the production of full-arch implant prosthetics, including model articulation, denture setup, and processing
  • Ensure accurate, high-quality, and on-time delivery of prosthetics aligned to patient schedules
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and document prosthetic issues as needed
  • Develop and maintain schedules for equipment, instruments, and facility maintenance
  • Manage laboratory inventory and ordering through established systems
  • Train, mentor, and develop laboratory technicians and auxiliary team members
  • Implement new products, technologies, and best practices
  • Partner with CCMS leadership and actively contribute to the broader laboratory network
  • Utilize computer systems and dental laboratory software for operations and tracking
  • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, quality, and communication

Skills and Experience We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 7 years of dental laboratory experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
  • CDT certification or completion of an accredited dental laboratory program preferred (not required)
  • Expertise in:
    • Full-arch hybrid restorations
    • Complete dentures
    • Overdentures
    • Implant-based restorative techniques
    • Dental anatomy, science, and esthetics
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across clinical and lab teams
  • Proficiency with computers and dental laboratory software
