Arcetyp LLC is looking for a Data Entry Clerk Onsite at Holloman AFB NM to support a US Government client. All work under this contract shall be performed at the Government site. This work is part-time onsite about 20 hours per week.


Position Description: Seeking a professional and customer-focused TAP Data Entry Assistant to support the Military & Family Readiness Center (M&FRC) and Transition Assistance Program (TAP) at Holloman Air Force Base. The successful candidate will provide front desk reception, administrative support, data entry, customer service, scheduling, marketing assistance, and resource center support for military members and their families.


Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, maintaining appointment schedules, tracking and entering TAP data into Air Force and Department of Defense systems, managing class registrations and attendance records, preparing customer correspondence and reminder emails, maintaining resource materials and inventories, supporting social media and marketing efforts, and assisting patrons utilizing the Discovery Resource Center computer lab. The position requires safeguarding Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service in a military environment. This position offers the opportunity to directly support transitioning Service Members and military families while contributing to the mission of the U.S. Air Force Military & Family Readiness Program.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in administrative support, front desk reception, customer service, or data entry.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain access to a U.S. military installation.
  • Ability to successfully complete required background screening.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Two years of education in social sciences or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience supporting military, government, education, workforce development, or social service programs.
  • Familiarity with customer databases, scheduling systems, and records management.
  • Experience using social media and digital marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of military culture, military family support programs, or Transition Assistance Program (TAP) services.


Work Schedule:
Approximately 20 hours per week (80 hours per month) during normal M&FRC operating hours, Monday through Friday. Flexibility may be required based on customer demand and mission requirements.
