Job description

Overall Position Purpose: This is part-time hourly technical and public service work providing customer service and technical assistance to customers using computers and software in the Odenton Library Computer lab.

Minimum Qualifications: Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent plus some post-high school computer training at a community college or technical school required; experience in customer service, PC troubleshooting and using the MS Office Suite applications.

The library reserves the right to re-advertise this position if there is an insufficient pool of applicants.
