Position Overview:
As an Information Technology (IT) Intern, you will support the day-to-day technology operations of the organization while gaining hands-on experience in end-user support, hardware troubleshooting, device management, and helpdesk operations. This role offers the opportunity to develop technical skills by assisting employees with technology-related issues, supporting critical business systems, and contributing to the efficient operation of IT services across the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide first-level helpdesk support for end users, including basic troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office 365 applications
- Respond to user requests and assist with resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Log, track, and manage helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely updates and escalation of issues when appropriate
- Support PC and laptop deployment, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Assist with inventory management and tracking of IT hardware and technology assets
- Monitor and maintain printer hardware, including troubleshooting common issues, replacing consumables, and coordinating repairs as needed
- Support the setup, deployment, maintenance, and management of Zebra order entry devices
- Assist with device imaging, software installation, updates, and configuration
- Document technical procedures, troubleshooting steps, and support activities
- Collaborate with IT team members on technology projects and system improvements
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

- Warehouse Office – approx. 65F – 75F
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Flexibility to work various or additional shifts, as needed including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Experience:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 365
- Familiarity with computer hardware, peripherals, and mobile devices
- Experience troubleshooting technology issues through coursework, projects, or personal experience preferred
- Understanding of helpdesk or ticketing systems is a plus
- Familiarity with Zebra mobile devices, printers, or inventory management systems is a plus
