What will your typical day look like?
  • Process employee data transactions in SAP SuccessFactors and downstream HR Systems, run reports and monitor data quality overall
  • Perform ongoing validation, reconciliation, and audit of employee data
  • Support UAT testing for HRIS and reporting enhancement projects and quarterly system upgrades
  • Maintain and create training materials, SOP’s and user guides
  • Deliver excellent service, in line with process requirements, ensuring a high level of accuracy, quality and turnaround of work within agreed timelines.
  • Support pre-hire and post-hire employee data collection from 90+ countries required by various People COE’s
  • Work with People Data Management Platform Product Owner and People Data Quality Leader to support data uploads, data maintenance process, conduct data audit and reconciliation to help achieve business objectives
  • Translate user needs into specific data requirements
  • Identify relevant data sources within People Data Management Platform
  • Test data products and ensure they meet user requirements
  • Document data products so others can locate and use when needed
  • Understand security requirements and implications for end user

Education
  • Bachelors Degree required; Degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or related field preferred
 
Years of Experience
  • 3+ years in data management and/or HRIS administration
 
Technical Skills
  • Advanced capability with Microsoft Office suite, especially advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Has experience in processing employee transactions in the HRIS systems, working with HR systems or organizational design platforms like SaaS products including OrgVue, Visier,
  • HCM experience – SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, other
  • Data analysis skills are essential
Qualifications
  • This role is a hybrid of technical and HR as the individual must possess the following:
  • Deep understanding of HR technology, systems, HR data and reporting
  • Experience in some type of data management and analytical role and desire to work and grow within a People (HR) organization
  • Comfortable working with large sets of data with ability to uncover gaps and discrepancies
  • Process and project oriented
  • Expert skills in Excel and PowerPoint (lookups, if statements, dashboard building, graphing, visualization) to communicate complex information to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen (understanding of employee data in HR processes)
  • High comfort level working in a fast-paced, results-oriented culture
  • Ability to work independently and in a self-directed manner with minimal guidance
  • Effective project management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, and address challenges effectively

The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $96,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
