About the role:As the HR Systems Manager for TQL, you will lead the administration, optimization, and evolution of our HR technology ecosystem, with a primary focus on Workday HRIS. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence across HR systems, people data, reporting, compliance, payroll integrations, benefits administration, and workforce analytics.The ideal candidate combines strong HR systems expertise with leadership, analytical thinking, and project management capabilities.
