  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Physics (advanced degree preferred).

    • Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor test and/or product engineering.
    • Background in high-power semiconductors and analog driver ICs preferred.
    • Familiarity with Teradyne ETS high-power test platforms or equivalent multi-site systems is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: 
    • Proficiency in Visual C++ programming.
    • Strong background in test development for power semiconductors and IC drivers.
    • Strong bench-testing skills using power supplies, oscilloscopes, function generators, and curve tracers for debugging.
    • Experience in dynamic testing of power semiconductors is an advantage.
  • Soft Skills: 
    • Excellent problem-solving ability and capacity to work independently.
    • Strong communication skills in English (oral and written).
    • Effective team player with proven ability to collaborate across multi-functional groups and global locations.
  • Additional Competencies: 
    • Solid technical project management skills with a results-driven mindset.
