Job description

You will be a Manufacturing Engineer on Third Shift for our PAC-3 program. Our team is responsible for designing and improving manufacturing processes to make production more reliable, efficient, and cost-effective, and providing engineering support to the production floor.

What You Will Be Doing


As the Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible for developing tooling and equipment designs, supporting the production floor, and driving process improvements.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:


Development of tooling and equipment designs from engineering hardware specifications and culminating in complete technical data packages fully defining the tooling / equipment and allowing fabrication of detailed components and assembly of the end item.
Design / documentation efforts to be accomplished IAW company standards utilizing Creo / Solid Works.
Provide engineering support to the production floor for issues that may surface in normal day to day integration processes by analyzing and using problem solving skills in a team environment in accordance with production rate requirements.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues.
Developing and implementing new manufacturing processes and systems.
