Job Title: Graphic Designer Department: Marketing

Reports to: Director of Marketing FLSA (Exempt / Non Exempt): Non-Exempt


Job Summary: The Graphic Designer is responsible for the creative development, design, production, and maintenance of all global sales and marketing assets for the FLOMEC Flow Meter & Instrumentation division of Great Plains Industries. This role plays a critical part in strengthening the FLOMEC brand, supporting business growth, and communicating product value through compelling visual storytelling across print, digital, trade show, and multimedia channels.

The ideal candidate combines exceptional design skills with strong attention to detail, a deep understanding of brand management, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment.


Job Details:

  • Maintain and evolve the FLOMEC brand identity across all internal and external communications.
  • Ensure consistency of visual branding across all marketing materials, digital platforms, and customer touchpoints.
  • Develop creative concepts and visual solutions that support marketing campaigns, product launches, and sales initiatives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with global marketing, product management, engineering, and sales teams to translate technical information into visually engaging content.
  • Design and produce a wide variety of marketing and sales materials, including:
    • Product catalogs and brochures
    • Product data sheets and technical literature
    • Application guides and white papers
    • Screen recording guides for flow meter software
    • Sales presentations and templates
    • Case studies and customer success stories
    • Trade show graphics and booth displays
    • Distributor and partner marketing materials
    • Internal communications and branding assets
