Job description

Overview

We're seeking a passionate National Director of Training at IST Management who is a proactive and consistent problem solver, and can adapt to the needs of a high-growth, privately-owned company. The National Director of Training will be a critical thinker and able to design and execute successful and meaningful training of employees for sales and operations positions organization-wide across all verticals, with an emphasis on high level e-Discovery and litigation support sales. This position reports to the VP of Human resources and his highly collaborative with executives across all departments. The National Director will lead by example as a hands-on driver of consistent adherence to all established processes and improvement to systems and procedures.

Candidates will have deep experience with e-Discovery sales and operations. When not hosting a training class, you'll sell e-Discovery and other litigation support solutions. Position is eligible for uncapped commission! 

For consideration, candidates must be able to fulfill full time office presence throughout the year at our corporate HQ in Atlanta, GA (with some built-in breaks for WFH and/or vacation time).

Compensation for this role will range between $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 base salary based upon experience and performance throughout the interview process + uncapped commissions up to 16%.

Responsibilities

The National Director of Training will host up to 10 classes of trainees throughout the calendar year. Full time on-site office presence is required during class session weeks. Trainees will be:

  • e-Discovery and Legal Solutions Sales Executives
  • Facilities Management and IFM Sales Executives
  • Entry-level Sales Representatives and Business Development Representatives
  • Operational Leaders
  • and more

When not hosting a training class, National Director will sell e-Discovery and Legal Support Solutions. Position is eligible for uncapped commission on sales.

Qualifications

Candidates will have deep experience with e-Discovery sales and operations. Ideal candidates will have an existing book of business in litigation support solutions - but this not required.

  • 5+ years of experience working in e-Discovery
  • 5+ years training sales executives
  • Ability to maintain on-site office presence in Atlanta, GA
  • Authorization to work for any employer in the United States; diploma or GED
  • Willingness and ability to stand, sit, and view computer screen for hours at a time
