Momenteel kijken we uit naar een enthousiaste, gedreven en ervaren Field Service Engineer met een passie voor technologie in de IoT wereld om ons team te versterken. Je bent dagdagelijks aanwezig bij onze klanten en levert een first class product implementatie af!

Jouw jobomschrijving

In je toekomstige rol als field service engineer staat het installeren, monteren en implementeren van onze hardware bij klanten centraal.

De Suivo hardware betekent track & trace blackboxen, tags, IoT sensoren, trackers… Er is met andere woorden een uitgebreid productportfolio dat je leert kennen door je te verdiepen in de tools en technologie en samen met je collega’s je in te werken ’in the field’.

  • Je verzorgt de montage en installatie van de hardware in kleinere projecten.
  • Bij grote projecten werk je nauw samen met onderaannemers en begeleid je hen met jouw specifieke kennis en ervaring van de Suivo hardware.
  • Daarnaast ondersteun je het service en support team bij bepaalde technische vragen en problemen en voer je onsite interventies uit.
  • Jij draagt zorg voor een uitstekende dienstverlening bij onze klanten.
  • Tevens sta je steeds garant voor een vlotte communicatie met de Service & Operations manager om ervoor te zorgen dat de volledige implementatie gestroomlijnd verloopt.
  • Je bent actief bij onze klanten in België en Nederland.
