Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Process Engineer to join our manufacturing team. This position is ideal for a recent engineering graduate or an individual with 1–3 years of manufacturing experience who is eager to develop their skills in process improvement, product design support, and production planning. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, sales, purchasing, and manufacturing teams to improve production efficiency while supporting customer quotations and manufacturing documentation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create basic crate and packaging designs using AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks for customer quotations and manufacturing.
  • Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) for manufacturing projects.
  • Prepare and update work travelers, manufacturing instructions, and production documentation.
  • Analyze and improve manufacturing process flows to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
  • Support the quoting process by developing accurate material requirements and manufacturing estimates.
  • Coordinate with purchasing to identify and secure materials required for production.
  • Assist in developing manufacturing standards, work instructions, and process documentation.
  • Collaborate with production personnel to resolve manufacturing issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain engineering drawings, revision records, and manufacturing documentation.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action activities when production issues arise.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and operational standards.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
