Entry-Level Electrical Engineer

Location: Chattanooga, TN

Schedule: Hybrid (3 Days In Office / 2 Days Remote)

Are you a recent Electrical Engineering graduate or someone looking to launch your career in the power industry? Join a growing engineering team that's helping design and modernize the infrastructure that keeps communities powered.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on electrical substations, renewable energy projects, battery storage systems, and power delivery infrastructure. You'll work alongside experienced engineers, receive strong mentorship, and develop technical skills that can set the foundation for a long-term engineering career.

What You'll Do
  • Assist with the design and engineering of low, medium, and high-voltage electrical substations.
  • Prepare engineering calculations, technical reports, design sketches, and construction drawing packages.
  • Support the development of one-line diagrams, protection & control schematics, wiring diagrams, SCADA systems, grounding plans, and physical substation layouts.
  • Collaborate with Designers and CAD teams to develop project deliverables that meet industry standards and client requirements.
  • Participate in site visits during design, construction, and project closeout phases.
  • Gain exposure to a variety of projects across power delivery, renewable energy, battery energy storage, and electrical infrastructure.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.
  • Internship, co-op, academic project, or hands-on experience related to electrical engineering, power systems, utilities, energy, or substations is a plus.
