Job Summary (Database Developer):
GA Local only 
- Supervise the design, coordination, and security of computer databases to manage large volumes of critical business information.
- Collaborate with internal customers, stakeholders, and prospects to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis, mapping, and integration routines.
- Identify and document data sources, data flow diagrams, and source-to-target mappings.
- Work closely with Data Architects and BI Developers to recommend and implement optimal data models and analytic reports.
- Provide technical enablement and guidance to team members developing database applications on-premise or in the cloud.
- Design, implement, and maintain database objects such as tables, views, and indexes, ensuring database security.
- Collaborate with data stewards, data owners, and subject matter experts to promote best practices in data integrity, test design, validation, and documentation.
- Optimize data warehouse performance through batch processing parallelization and performance tuning.
- Establish and maintain processes for accurate metadata management in business intelligence environments.
- Ensure data quality by creating audit controls, monitoring, and implementing data cleansing techniques.
- Oversee scheduled integrity checks, deployments, and release coordination for data processes.
- Utilize source version control tools (e.g., GitHub) and manage CICD pipelines.
- Provide on-call support as needed, including after hours.
