Job Description
Monarch Metal Manufacturing is hiring an employee for data entry. This job will start out part time and move into a full time position. This job is to enter data into our operating system along with extracting data, creating reports, supporting scheduling processes, tracking and updating management and customers with part status and willing to help on the shop floor if needed and able.
Pay rate
Based on experience, to start $19.75 to $22.00
Schedule
Part time to start up to 32 hours a week, Monday through Thursday hours may vary. 7:00 start time
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Minimum of one-year related work experience.
  • Basic computer knowledge and the ability to work in a Windows environment.
  • Basic electronic filing and organization experience.
  • Basic knowledge and experience of using Excel and E-Mail.
  • Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
  • The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
  • Experience with 10 key data entry (not required, but helpful).

Physical Requirements:
The essential functions of this position require the ability to:
  • Sit and or stand for 8 to 10 hours a day
  • Push and pull objects up to 25 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level
