Position Summary
On Call Computer Solutions is seeking a Tier 2 Systems Engineer to join our Professional Services and Government Cloud team.
This position supports Microsoft 365 environments, Azure infrastructure, cloud migrations, endpoint management, and Microsoft Government Cloud projects.
You will work alongside senior engineers delivering Microsoft cloud solutions for clients throughout the United States while gaining hands-on experience with Microsoft GCC High and Azure Government environments.
This role is ideal for someone with strong Microsoft administration experience who wants to grow into advanced Azure and Government Cloud engineering.
What You'll Do
  • Deploy and support Microsoft 365 environments
  • Assist with Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online migrations
  • Configure and support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Deploy and manage Microsoft Intune
  • Configure Conditional Access policies
  • Support Azure Virtual Desktop deployments
  • Assist with Microsoft GCC High migration projects
  • Troubleshoot Azure and Microsoft 365 issues
  • Perform DNS, mail flow, and identity troubleshooting
  • Configure Hybrid Exchange environments
  • Assist with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams deployments
  • Support Azure Virtual Machines and cloud resources
  • Work alongside Project Managers and Senior Engineers during customer implementations
  • Document technical work and client environments

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years supporting Microsoft environments in an MSP or enterprise IT environment
  • Experience administering Microsoft 365
  • Experience with Exchange Online

  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Experience with DNS and networking fundamentals
