We are looking for a skilled and personable IT Technician to join our team. If you have excellent troubleshooting skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for helping clients resolve technical issues, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Adhere consistently to company policies and procedures.

  • Provide timely and accurate verbal and written status reports.

  • Create, manage, and resolve trouble tickets effectively.

  • Maintain attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.

  • Communicate clearly and follow up on tasks and unresolved issues.

  • Present technical information with clarity and professionalism.

  • Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to think on your feet.
