Job Summary:

More About the Seasonal Position:
Opportunities: Part-Time and Full-Time opportunities available.
Part-Time Hours: 4-6 hours per day.
Full-Time Hours: 7-8 hours per day.
Schedule: All roles are scheduled Monday - Friday day shift (no nights or weekends required).
What Does a Seasonal Associate Learn and Do?
Logistics and Operations: Understand the logistics and operations of our commercial, institutional, and wholesale business operations.
Material Handling: Store materials/equipment as needed in the facility and collaborate with the forklift team to support material handling for staging, loading, and unloading products.
Safety Standards: Uphold environmental health and safety standards.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to external customers who visit the site, such as mechanical contractors, dealers, and owners.
Parts Management: Learn parts tracking and management processes to maintain parts and supplies and pull orders when needed.
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal customers such as Distribution Center team members, Branch Associates, and Sales Managers.
Training and Development: Follow safety procedures and training to ensure a safe and productive workspace.
Daily Schedule: Willing to work a daily schedule from approximately 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (some teams may plan a work schedule that can flex up to 60 minutes to support the business needs).
Process Adherence: Ability to learn processes and follow detailed instructions.
Experience: Previous training or experience in retail, customer service, material handling, or product delivery is a plus but not required.
Warehouse Environment: Ability to safely work in a warehouse and distribution environment.
Communication Skills: Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills to enter timecard, review training materials, view video tutorials, and review company documents on a company-provided computer.
Customer Service Commitment: Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment.
Teamwork: Must be team-oriented and willing to work with a diverse group of co-workers.
Other Important Notes:
Pre-employment Requirements: Summer Associates must complete both a Pre-employment Background Check and a Drug Screen urinalysis prior to hire (company paid).
Pay Schedule: Our Summer Associates and team members are paid bi-weekly (every other Friday).
