Administrative Assistant

Position Type: Part-Time

Schedule: Approximately 24 hours per week

Location: Tulsa, OK

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and self-motivated Part-Time Administrative Assistant with a general logistics and shipping background. This role supports day-to-day office operations, vendor coordination, shipping activities, and communication with suppliers and delivery services. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently, stay organized without constant supervision, and communicate professionally with vendors and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and delivery services
  • Follow up on parts orders, shipment statuses, and delivery timelines
  • Track and provide updates on incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Assist with shipping and packaging processes
  • Work with carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, and other freight/shipping providers
  • Schedule pickups and coordinate deliveries
  • Maintain organized records, invoices, and shipping documentation
