Job Brief
Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Manufacturing Assembly Technician for our client. This job is responsible for assembling, inspecting, packaging, and documenting medical devices in a clean room environment while ensuring compliance with FDA regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
What’s a Typical Day Like?
  • Assemble and package medical devices according to documented procedures
  • Perform visual inspections of components, subassemblies, and finished devices
  • Complete quality documentation accurately using Good Documentation Practices
  • Maintain clean room standards and complete controlled-environment cleaning activities
  • Support production through material handling, counting, recording, and packaging
  • Work as part of a quality-focused team where every technician owns the quality of the finished product
What Are the Requirements of the Job?
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to read and write fluently in English
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable in a fast-evolving environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional maturity
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Willingness to work overtime on weekdays and weekends as needed
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in an FDA-regulated or other government-regulated environment
