Job description

Immediately hiring Assembler's for a large climate-controlled warehouse on the northeast side of San Antonio. Assembler will be responsible for assembling and fabricating products according to specified instructions, ensuring the highest quality and efficiency standards. This role requires a strong focus on accuracy, safety, and teamwork.

Pay is $14.50/hr.
Morning shift M-F 6am-4:30pm & Sat 6am-11am as required

Assembler Duties:
  • Follow instructions on computer for station's specific assembly.
  • Assemble and connect small and/or large parts.
  • Assemble components, parts, or products using hand tools, power tools, or machines, following blueprints, diagrams, and written instructions.
  • Motor and harness assembly.
  • Run wires and Wire connections.
  • Use basic hand tools to assemble (nuts, bolts, screws, pneumatic drills).
  • Will use an RF scanner before and after each assembly to track assembly completion time.

Requirements:
  • Seeking at least 6 months to a year of previous production assembly experience.
  • Must have manual dexterity for assembly.
  • Ability to bend, stand, and do repetitive tasks up to 10 hrs./day.
  • Must have own transportation.
  • Ability to follow instructions.
  • Assembly using hand and power tools to build or put products together is required and must be showcased on resume.
