A-Line Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembler This role offers career growth, a supportive work environment, and full-time hours (40+ per week). If interested in this Assembler position APPLY NOW for IMMEDIATE consideration ASSEMBLER | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION: Location: Covington GA 30014 – 100% on-site Payrate: $15.50/hr Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM ASSEMBLER | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS: The Assembler will support production and warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves inspecting materials, moving products throughout the facility, maintaining documentation, and performing assembly-related tasks while following standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates ASSEMBLER | RESPONSIBILITIES: Assemble, inspect, and sort materials and products Move materials, assemblies, and scrap products throughout the facility Use inspection equipment, handcarts, and light production tools Maintain accurate quality records and documentation Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and production guidelines Perform routine warehouse and manufacturing tasks Support team production goals and quality standards ASSEMBLER | REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days. 1 year of continuous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or quality-related work Ability to read and understand documents written in English Basic math and computer skills required Strong attention to detail and documentation practices Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs Must be comfortable working in varying temperatures, including hot summer and cooler winter conditions Ability to work in a moderate to loud manufacturing environment Take the Next Step!
