Pay Range: $16/hr (entry level) - $20/hr

Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401k, sick time, and PTO after 90 days!

Shift: Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Summary:  Operate compression molding equipment and assembly 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 

Understands product quality requirements and inspects product with operating machine

Performs most quality requirements and inspects product when operating machine

Trims and packs parts

Seeks assistance if further inspection of part, or machine is necessary

Understands QA procedures and expectations

Marks all tags and labels with proper information

Possess working knowledge of press operations, trimming and assembly

Education and/or Experience:  

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
