Growing automotive manufacturer seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with strong plastic injection molding experience to support tooling, process development, equipment improvements, troubleshooting, and production launches within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support injection molding production, tooling, and launch activities
  • Develop and improve molding processes for new and existing products
  • Troubleshoot molding, processing, tooling, and machine issues
  • Support tool design, feasibility reviews, and equipment installations
  • Assist with continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
  • Coordinate auxiliary equipment and molding machine upgrades
  • Provide technical support to production and mold repair teams
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in a plastic injection molding environment
