Job description

The Chemist Pharmacy is a growing compounding pharmacy in Sugar Land, TX seeking a detail-oriented Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician to join our team.


This role is responsible for supporting USP <797> sterile compounding operations, maintaining cleanroom standards, preparing compounded medications, and ensuring quality and accuracy throughout the compounding process.


Responsibilities
  • Prepare sterile compounded medications in accordance with USP <797> standards
  • Perform garbing and cleanroom activities
  • Maintain compounding documentation and batch records
  • Assist with inventory management and material preparation
  • Support quality assurance and compliance initiatives
  • Perform equipment cleaning and maintenance activities
  • Assist with fulfillment and pharmacy operations as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Follow all company SOPs and safety procedures
Qualifications
  • Active Texas Pharmacy Technician registration required
  • Sterile compounding experience preferred but not required
  • Strong attention to detail
