What does a Compound Mixer do?

A Compound Mixer is responsible for blending raw materials, chemicals, or ingredients according to specified formulas to create compounds used in manufacturing processes. They operate mixing equipment, monitor batch quality, and ensure consistency in the mixtures produced. Compound Mixers also follow safety protocols, keep detailed records of their work, and may perform routine maintenance on mixing machinery.
