Job description

Our manufacturing team is looking for a Compound Mixer at our Macedonia location. This role consists of weighing out liquids and chemicals for accurate formulas. Qualified candidates must be proficient in mathematical conversions and having attention to detail is a must!

Compounder Shift Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday
  • 7:00am-3:30pm

Compounder Pay Rate:

  • $20.00/hr

Compounder Duties:

  • Review all batch records and follow specific recipes and processes precisely while stirring the correct amount of materials together while heating, cooling or applying pressure to the mix as necessary
  • Pre-weigh raw materials for batches
  • Keep mixing equipment clean and follow production quality policies
  • Provide samples to quality department to obtain QC approvals

Compounder Qualifications

  • Must have experience weighing materials and show extreme attention to detail in following batches
  • Demonstrate math and measurement conversion skills
  • Tow motor experience is preferred
  • Must be able to lift 60lbs as needed throughout shift.
