Job description

I. POSITION SUMMARY

EPIC Pharmacies Inc. is currently seeking a self-motivated individual, for a central office Pharmacy Compliance Program Manager; The Pharmacy Compliance Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing all compliance related aspects for our community pharmacies enrolled in our PharmCAP program.


II. POSITION EXPECTATIONS

• Conduct research for compliance related industry changes.

• Provide guidance to pharmacies regarding regulatory and compliance requirements.

• Manage and oversee day-to-day compliance process.

• Review compliance-related websites for industry changes and provide recommendations to CEO on program enhancements.

• Research, draft and propose new ideas for system efficiency.

• Assist marketing with creating bi-monthly PharmCAP newsletters.

• Monitor PharmCAP members’ compliance and adherence to our PBM contracts.

• Develop and maintain a knowledge base and training resources on our website to assist our pharmacies with compliance.

• Work collaboratively with our government affairs team to monitor the impact of changes to State and Federal regulations.

• Other duties that may arise related to compliance tracking and PBM contract requirements.


III. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong attention to detail with accuracy in processing

• Effective oral and written communication skills

• Strong organizational, administrative, time management, facilitation, and analytical skills

• Self-motivated and demonstrated initiative is crucial

• Project management experience


III. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in related fields

• Paralegal Experience highly preferred.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills required.
