Use Agile and project management practices—such as sprint-based intake, backlog grooming, and kanban-style tracking—to keep content moving efficiently. Identify and resolve bottlenecks to keep projects on schedule.
  • Optimize Workflows & KPIs – Streamline and monitor workflows across the content supply chain to drive measurable improvements in Cost-Per-Asset, Time-to-Publish, AI Adoption Rate, Quality, and Teamwork. Continuously identify opportunities to simplify processes, remove bottlenecks, and scale production efficiently.
