As Manager, Operations – InHome Driver Experience, you will help drive initiatives that improve and transform the InHome driver role and member experience. In this role you'll help shape the future of the InHome Driver organization by transforming operational data into strategic decisions. This role combines analytics, business strategy, process design, workforce planning, and AI-enabled innovation to improve driver performance, operational efficiency, and long-term organizational scalability. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, influencing across teams, and turning ideas into measurable impact at scale.
About the team:
Join a focused, high-impact team shaping the future of Walmart’s InHome experience for associates and members. This team operates at the intersection of strategy, product, and operations, leveraging data, experimentation, and operational insight to identify opportunities and scale solutions across the platform. Members collaborate cross-functionally to drive project execution, improve processes, and deliver operational excellence. The team values accountability, adaptability, and effective communication to meet business goals while continuously enhancing customer and associate experiences through innovative approaches and data-driven decision-making.
What you'll do:
  • Identify operational and workforce opportunities using data, AI-enabled insights, and associate and member feedback. 
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that drive process improvements, operational excellence, and stakeholder alignment. 
  • Support the development and execution of the Driver Experience transformation roadmap. 
  • Partner with Operations, Product, Trust & Safety, HR, and Analytics to design and scale impactful solutions. 
  • Evaluate trade-offs across experience, cost, and operational complexity to deliver measurable business outcomes.

What you'll bring:
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability, with the ability to bring structure to ambiguity and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ability to leverage AI-enabled prototypes, pilots, and testing to validate solutions and scale measurable impact.
  • Proven experience in operations and project management, including planning, executing, and delivering complex initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, conduct root cause analysis, and provide actionable business insights.
  • Strong communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and drive complex initiatives to successful outcomes.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
