Job Description
Sysazzle is seeking for their direct client a Senior Decision Support Analyst highly skilled in utilizing reporting tools with strong experience on either oracle or sql server databases.
The job duties and key skills of the job requirement are as follows.
• This position is responsible for the creation, design, and maintenance of clinical and financial reports for business operations and internal management.
• Responsibilities include extracting data through database queries, utilizing business intelligence reporting tools to analyze results, and performing analytical and technical tasks required for complex projects.
• Experience in health care reporting preferred. Extensive knowledge of PC applications, particularly related to relational databases and spreadsheets, is necessary. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills are mandatory.
• Extract, manipulate, analyze, and present data from the data warehouse using any of the reporting tool as Hyperion (Brio), Crystal Reports, Business Objects, TOAD, Access, SAS, Tableau, and Excel.
• Generate clinical reports for patient quality initiatives and population health.
• Create reports to measure physician clinical and productivity performance.
• Provide analytical support to the Enterprise Data Warehouse initiative.
• Strong experience with SQL or Oracle database.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business, healthcare, a related technical discipline.
  • Experience in health care reporting preferred. Extensive knowledge of PC applications, particularly related to relational databases and spreadsheets, is necessary. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills are mandatory.
  • Languages: SQL, JavaScript, VBA
  • Software: Hyperion (Brio), Business Objects, Crystal Reports, TOAD, Excel, Access, Word, Power Point, SAS, Tableau, EPIC systems, and Oracle databases
