Job description

Title: Finance Director

Location: Remote

Compensation: 180-200/k 15% bonus

Job Description:

Finance Director is accountable for driving profitable growth, with a heavy focus on Revenue Growth Management. This role partners closely with Sales, Sales Strategy, and Marketing to set pricing strategy, trade guardrails, pressure-test commercial assumptions, and ensure investments translate into incremental volume and healthy margins.

In addition, the Finance Director will ensure the alignment of these operating revenue metrics within the overall corporate profitability model owning annual planning, monthly/quarterly forecasting, long-range planning, management reporting, KPI architecture, and the operating cadence that keeps leaders aligned on performance, risks, and tradeoffs. This role will build the processes, models, and governance that enable timely visibility into where the business is headed and support decisive, proactive course correction.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact leadership role with direct influence on revenue, profitability, and enterprise-wide planning and decision-making.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; degree in Finance preferred.
  • Candidates should bring 8–12 years of experience in CPG Sales Finance, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), FP&A, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite is required, with experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI strongly preferred.
