About the Opportunity

TalentoHC is partnering with a growing organization seeking a Senior Manager, Human Resources to join its leadership team.

This role will serve as a strategic HR business partner responsible for supporting and executing key Human Resources initiatives across the organization. The Senior Manager will partner closely with leaders to drive employee relations, talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement strategies that support business objectives and operational success.

The ideal candidate brings experience supporting large employee populations in fast-paced environments such as call centers, warehouse and distribution operations, manufacturing, airport operations, retail, hospitality, logistics, or other high-volume workforce settings. This individual will be comfortable balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day HR operations while building strong relationships across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to support workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, workplace investigations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
  • Lead and support talent acquisition efforts, including recruiting strategies, workforce planning, and hiring initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Support succession planning, leadership development, and employee retention strategies.
  • Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and support business decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, programs, and employee experience initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational growth, operational excellence, and business objectives.
  • Utilize HR systems and technology to improve efficiency, reporting, and workforce management.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong experience in employee relations, workplace investigations, compliance, leave administration, and performance management.
  • Experience supporting multi-site and/or multi-state operations.
  • Demonstrated success supporting large hourly employee populations in high-volume operational environments.
  • Experience within call center, warehouse/distribution, manufacturing, airport operations, retail, hospitality, logistics, or similar industries strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience utilizing HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, and workforce management systems.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building abilities.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
