• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify client needs and formulate personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic frameworks, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches to address diverse clinical issues.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create integrated care plans that reflect the client’s goals and circumstances, ensuring a network of support that extends beyond therapy sessions.
• Respond effectively to crises by conducting safety assessments and providing immediate support to clients in distress, implementing de-escalation techniques and compassion-centered interventions.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at mental health education, awareness, and stigma reduction to promote a greater understanding of mental health issues within the broader community.

Our clients come from various backgrounds and demographics, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and interpersonal challenges. • Possession of a current, independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A minimum of a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with a diverse client base.
• Demonstrated cultural awareness and sensitivity, enabling you to work effectively with clients from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Exceptional organizational skills and time management abilities to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Experience in a community health setting or similar environment working with diverse populations is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems to facilitate documentation and case management.
• Familiarity with the latest research and trends in mental health treatment modalities and interventions.
