Were seeking an experienced Internal Medicine physician to serve as Medical Director within our inpatient rehabilitation facility. This role offers a rare combination of clinical practice and leadership influence, all within a predictable Monday to Friday schedule and no call responsibilities.

What Youll Do
Provide daily inpatient care within a collaborative rehabilitation setting
Lead and oversee the medical management of complex rehab patients
Serve as a clinical leader, guiding care standards and team performance
Drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance
Partner closely with therapy, nursing, and case management teams to optimize outcomes
What You Bring
MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
2+ years of experience in inpatient rehab, LTAC, SNF, or acute care
Proven ability to lead, communicate, and influence clinical teams
