We are looking for an experienced BA/Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery and business analysis for our complaints handling platform. The role combines Scrum Master responsibilities with business analysis expertise, ensuring smooth sprint execution, backlog refinement, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Scrum Master Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Remove impediments and ensure the team adheres to Scrum principles and timelines.
  • Coach the team on Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize backlog and align sprint goals with business objectives.
  • Track and report team performance metrics using JIRA dashboards.

Business Analyst Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for complaints handling workflows.
  • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows in JIRA and Oracle Agile.
  • Conduct requirement workshops with stakeholders and ensure traceability.
  • Validate solutions against regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO, GDPR) for complaint data.
  • Support UAT and ensure deliverables meet business needs.
