Job description

Role Summary

The Complaint Investigator will manage their assigned workflow and provide support for the complaints department.

This role will focus on complaint intake, performance of complaint investigations, and complaint sample processing, along with other administrative tasks as needed.

 Role Responsibilities

  • Perform initial complaint intake including acknowledgement of initial complaint receipt and opening the initial complaint record.
  • Perform assigned complaint investigations.
  • Perform initial complaint sample intake including logging samples, completing associated sample logs, and tracking sample retention.
  • Assist with other tasks in support of complaint investigations including, but not limited to, reviewing traceability documents, working with QC Labs regarding complaint sample testing, document creation and review, and completion and review of logbook entries

Basic Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years relevant work experience

  • BS (science-based field preferred)
  • Quality Assurance experience within the pharmaceutical industry or a related field

Preferred:

  • Experience performing investigations.
  • Experience working in a Quality Management System (QMS).
