The firm has recently added prominent lateral partners in leveraged finance and is investing heavily in the business development infrastructure to support them. Its culture is collegial, client-first, and built around teamwork rather than internal competition.About the RoleThe Senior Business Development Manager owns strategy and execution for three high-growth practice groups: leveraged finance, real estate finance, and restructuring. You will partner directly with practice leadership and the New York office managing partner, lead a dedicated team of marketing professionals, and drive pitches, client targeting, competitive intelligence, lateral integration, and market positioning at the industry's key events.
