THE ROLE
AMD is seeking a Senior Product Manager, AI GPUs and Platforms, to define and drive product strategy for AMD Instinct™ accelerators. You will own product definition, platform strategy, design wins, and go to market execution for our rapidly growing AI business.
This role sits within the Cloud & Enterprise AI (CEAI) product organization, a high impact team responsible for AMD's CPU and GPU AI roadmap and business results. You will work cross functionally with engineering, architecture, sales, marketing, and key customers and partners to deliver industry leading AI platforms from concept through launch.
THE PERSON
You are a product leader with deep technical expertise in datacenter platforms and a proven ability to translate complex technology into compelling customer value. You thrive in highly collaborative environments and influence across engineering, executive leadership, and external partners.
Key attributes include:
  • Product leadership: Define and execute product vision from strategy through launch.
  • Technical depth: Strong understanding of AI workloads, GPU/CPU silicon, datacenter platforms, networking, and the competitive server landscape.
  • Domain expertise: AI acceleration, processor technologies, datacenter systems, and supporting software ecosystems.
  • Business acumen: Market analysis, financial modeling, and opportunity assessment.
  • Executive communication: Clear, concise communication with senior leaders and customers.
  • New product introduction: Proven experience leading successful product launches.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Strategy & Lifecycle
  • Own product strategy and roadmap for AMD Instinct GPUs.
  • Define positioning and requirements aligned to customer and market needs.
  • Lead product lifecycle from planning through launch and end of life.

Go to Market & Product Marketing
  • Develop and execute go to market strategies, messaging, and launch plans.
  • Partner with marketing on content, campaigns, and analyst engagement.
  • Support key customer engagements and industry events.

Market & Competitive Intelligence
  • Track market trends, customer requirements, and competitive dynamics.
  • Translate insights into actionable product and marketing strategies.

Cross Functional Leadership
  • Lead and influence cross functional teams across engineering, sales, and marketing.
  • Drive alignment and execution across internal and external stakeholders.

Business Performance
  • Track KPIs, pricing, and profitability.
  • Deliver clear updates to senior leadership on product and market performance.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
  • Extensive experience in product management and/or product marketing.
  • Experience with server processors, GPUs, or AI/datacenter platforms.
  • Proven success delivering complex, high-volume products.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Experience in Enterprise, Cloud, and AI markets.

EDUCATION
  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
  • MBA preferred
