Prescient Edge is seeking a Sr. Intelligence Management Specialist- Administration to support a federal government client. Security Clearance: * Security clearance required TS/SCI with a CI POLY or the ability to obtain one. Job Requirements Description: * Conducts various office operational support functions, including task management, information management, travel, security, document and report preparation, procurement of supplies and equipment, property accountability, and other related duties. * Prepares and coordinate and manage daily J21 assigned task actions, reports, and briefings. * Will review documents for accuracy and responds to staff requests on accessing, coordinating, consolidating, or formatting. * Conducts appropriate staff officer functions to collect, compile, and coordinate CCMD information to support the J2, Deputy J2 (DJ2), and the Chief of Staff (J2 COS). * Will prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly status reports, travel orders, official correspondence, and other appropriate documents supporting the J2, DJ2, and J2 COS. Desired Experience : * Minimum12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. Desired Education: * Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree.
