Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Inpatient Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, skilled nursing services to patients requiring hospitalization, guiding them toward optimal health and functional recovery.
Every day you will assess patient needs, administer medications, perform treatments, and continuously monitor patient conditions. You will collaborate seamlessly with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans, always preparing patients and their families for a successful discharge, whether to home or to another setting for continued care.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate strong clinical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care, ensuring the best possible outcomes for every individual.

Job Requirements
  • Current WA State RN license
  • One (1) or more years recent RN experience with acute care patients
  • CPR certification is required every two (2) years or as specified by the work
  • Other certifications may be required for specialty areas
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing approved by the Washington State Board of Nursing
  • Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire. This ongoing competency is required through resources internal to the facility; outside RQI competency resources are not acceptable for CommonSpirit Health compliance requirements.

Preferred
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
