Pride Health is looking for Compensation Analyst to support our clientโ€™s medical facility, which is Portland, OR

Pay range - $30 TO 40/hr on W2

Length of assignment โ€“ 12 weeks of Contract with possibility of extension

Location: Portland, OR


Job Summary:

Compensation Analyst to support compensation program administration, job evaluations, salary analysis, and HR systems. This role partners with HR Business Partners and managers to ensure equitable pay practices, accurate job classifications, and compliance with compensation policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct job analysis, classification reviews, and salary grade recommendations.
  • Review and process compensation requests, including new positions, reclassifications, and pay changes.
  • Provide guidance on compensation policies, salary structures, pay equity, and market pricing.
  • Assist with compensation audits, HRIS updates, and Oracle system maintenance.
  • Create compensation reports and analyze salary data using Excel.
  • Support annual merit increases, salary structure updates, and compensation projects.
  • Maintain compensation documentation, job descriptions, and classification records.
  • Ensure compliance with FLSA, labor regulations, and internal compensation policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of HR administration or compensation experience.
  • Knowledge of compensation programs, job classifications, salary surveys, and pay structures.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience with HRIS systems; Oracle experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in compensation administration.
  • Knowledge of union contracts and collective bargaining.
  • Experience supporting HR compensation projects and process improvements.
