What You'll Do:
  • Represent clients in workerโ€™s compensation claims, including handling all aspects of the litigation process.
  • Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients regarding their rights and obligations under workerโ€™s compensation law.
  • Prepare and file legal documents, such as claims, briefs, motions, and appeals.
  • Conduct thorough research on legal issues related to workerโ€™s compensation and other relevant laws.
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to ensure fair compensation.
  • Advocate for clients in hearings, mediations, and trials before administrative law judges and other relevant authorities.
  • Maintain detailed records of case files and ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to provide comprehensive legal services.
