Nurse Practitioner (NP Only)
Compensation & Pension (C&P) Exams – Veterans
Location: Rock Springs, WY
Schedule: 2 Days per Week (Monday–Thursday options) | Between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Part-Time | Embedded Clinic
Contract Length: 6–12 Months (Extension Available)
Compensation: $70–$75/hour
She Recruits is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to perform Compensation & Pension (C&P) exams for Veterans in Rock Springs, Wyoming.
This is an evaluation-only role within a structured, embedded clinical setting. You will conduct one-time disability exams — no treatment plans, no prescribing, and no disability rating determinations.
You will:
Review medical history prior to exams
Conduct structured, evidence-based physical evaluations
Complete electronic Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs)
Submit documentation within 48 hours
Administrative time is built into the schedule to ensure timely and compliant documentation.
Qualifications:
Active, unrestricted Wyoming NP license
Primary care experience required
Strong documentation skills
Comfortable working independently
