Responsibilities
  • Manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of physician compensation programs
  • Responsible for managing high‑level project work and engaging in complex analytics
  • Manage the development and maintenance of databases, dashboards and custom reports/queries
  • Build relationships with external customers and liaise with HR staff
  • Maintain relationship with EHC compensation
  • Manage the physician compensation analysts and consultants
  • Manage benchmark compensation and participation in surveys
  • Partner with physician leadership and administrators on compensation design
  • Review market data reports for fair market‑based compensation
  • Monitor all physician compensation programs for compliance
  • Consult with and educate leaders on key regulatory developments
  • Manage development and implementation of new systems and databases
  • Manage HR generalists with the physician onboarding process
  • Monitor physician fringe pool for necessary adjustments
  • Perform related responsibilities as required
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Health Administration or related field required
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Health Administration or related field preferred
  • CCP, PHR or SPHR preferred
  • Five (5) years of relevant human resources/compensation/finance experience
  • Physician compensation experience preferred
  • Knowledge of prevailing practices and regulatory developments in physician compensation
  • Advanced MS Excel, Access and PowerPoint skills
  • Certifications: CCP, PHR, SPHR
