Vaco Atlanta is hiring a Compensation Analyst to join a large, complex client in Alpharetta. The Compensation Analyst will help manage compensation initiatives, conduct job evaluations, maintain salary structures, and guide pay practices. Using market intelligence and industry benchmarks, they will deliver data-driven recommendations to leadership and hiring managers Role: Compensation Analyst Location: Alpharetta, GA Onsite: 100% onsite Job Type: Contract Contract Length: through 12/31 Compensation: $35 - $40/hour (dependent on experience) What You'll Do Analyze compensation data, salary surveys, and market trends Conduct job evaluations and recommend competitive salary ranges Partner with HR and business leaders on compensation decisions Support salary adjustment and reward programs Ensure compliance with compensation laws and regulations Maintain documentation and reporting for audits and governance What You Bring 4-6 years of compensation analysis or related experience Strong knowledge of compensation methodologies and best practices Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel Experience interpreting compensation data and providing recommendations Understanding of compensation's impact on financial statements Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Preferred: Bachelor's degree and/or CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification.
