A compensation manager is part of a corporate HR team which researches and develops the pay policies in a company. They use research to help determine fair pay scales for all the company employees. Duties include helping the business with recruiting and integrating new employees. At a small company, they might be responsible for all aspects of the pay system, while at a larger company they may have specific responsibilities, such as doing market research or surveying workers.

Reporting to the Director, Business Intelligence & Analytics, the Sales Compensation Manager will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing effective and competitive sales incentive programs that align with business goals and drive performance. This role is responsible for developing commission and bonus structures, calculating payouts based on performance to targets, and handling inquiries and disputes related to compensation. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong stakeholder communication skills.
Contract 12-months with possibility of extension or full time
