Habilidades y conocimientos que el estudiante adquirira durante las practicas profesionales:
  • Comprension de dispositivos IoT (Internet de las Cosas) e Inteligencia Artificial aplicados a las soluciones de Toshiba.
  • Habilidades tecnicas relacionadas con los productos de hardware de Toshiba (instalacion, configuracion y operacion).
  • Conocimientos basicos sobre sistemas operativos y soluciones de software para puntos de venta (POS).
  • Habilidades de preventa, preparando configuraciones y demostraciones para salas de exhibicion, eventos, reuniones con clientes, entre otros.
  • Gestion de inventario de equipos de demostracion.
  • Relacion con diferentes areas y personas dentro de la estructura organizacional de TGCS, asi como contacto directo con el equipo de ventas.
  • Comunicacion con distintos niveles organizacionales de clientes y socios de negocio (Business Partners).
  • Conocimiento del mercado minorista (retail).
Se espera que al finalizar sus practicas el estudiante sea capaz de:
  • Instalar, configurar y operar productos de hardware de TGCS.
  • Aplicar conocimientos basicos para instalar y operar productos IoT y software de TGCS.
  • Comprender conceptos de Inteligencia Artificial aplicados a la industria retail.
  • Utilizar las herramientas de TGCS para buscar y obtener informacion.
  • Aplicar metodologias para la gestion de inventario de hardware.
  • Comprender el ecosistema de ventas de un fabricante de tecnologia de hardware y software.
  • Desarrollar habilidades de preventa.
Requisitos del puesto:
  • Excelente comunicacion oral y escrita.
  • Conocimientos de Excel, Word y PowerPoint.
  • Ingles avanzado.
  • Recien egresado o estudiante de los ultimos semestres de Ingenieria en Computacion, Sistemas o carrera afin.
