Their responsibilities include greeting and seating guests at the host station, addressing customer complaints and errors, facilitating table service by delivering dishes, coordinating with the kitchen to fulfill customer requests, soliciting feedback from guests to enhance their restaurant experience, and communicating any significant issues or feedback to the manager for resolution or compensation.
