This long-term collaboration reflects a bold vision to align and strengthen services across UK's campus, healthcare system, and athletics programs. By bringing together foodservice, hospitality, facilities management, healthcare support, and athletics operations, we are building a more connected and dynamic environment that enhances the experience for students, staff, student-athletes, patients, fans, and the broader community.


Qualifications
   3+ years of catering sales, hospitality sales, or event management experience 
   Experience managing client relationships and coordinating large-scale events 
   Knowledge of catering operations, banquet service, and hospitality standards 
   Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and event management software 
   Ability to develop proposals, contracts, and event documentation 
   Strong understanding of food and beverage operations and event logistics 
   Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules 
   Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred 


Key Responsibilities
   Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and venue stakeholders 
   Generate catering sales opportunities through prospecting and client outreach 
   Coordinate event details including menus, timelines, room setups, and staffing needs 
   Prepare catering proposals, contracts, and event orders for clients 
   Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to execute successful events 
   Conduct venue tours and client meetings to promote catering services 
   Monitor event execution to ensure guest satisfaction and service excellence 
   Maintain accurate sales records, forecasting reports, and client communications 
   Support revenue goals through upselling and strategic sales initiatives 
   Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and service expectations
